Black Ops 7 MK78 LMG best class loadout build

MK78 LMG: the God Gun from bo7 bot lobbies It's not a word we use casually, but this weapon is so powerful that we couldn't think of anything else. This weapon is a monster.

When you pick up your light machinegun for the first shot, you should expect to be slow. You can make this your secondary. It has all the power, size, weight, and nimbleness a LMG can offer, but the size, weight and maneuverability of an AR. It is an absolute game changer.

The mmoset new build is also a beast. Shredding enemies at close and long range is easy, and TTK is mind-blowing.

This loadout was designed for those players who wish to concentrate on tactical nukes or high-kill rounds. The rest can be left out. This setup was optimized to retain the MK78 Special while shredding.

 Attachment breakdown

We must concentrate on ADS speeds (Aimdown Sight), the Sprint-toFire speed and Stealth to transform the MK78.

 The Logic Behind the Build

Why do we need the Suppressors?

You may ask yourself, "Why use a recoil muzzle?" Answer is simple: MK78's are easy to control. Using the Grievous A762 gives us the element surprise. By avoiding the mini-map, we are able to flank and kill behind enemy lines.

 Speed is King

Skylandance Barrels, Hades Looper Grips, and Charin Light Stocks are the three components that break the game balance. LMGs tend to punish you when you move. With this set-up, we are able to jump around the corners, slide-cancel, and strafe quicker than many SMG users. We are basically building a heavy AR, with a massive mag.

 The Magazine Exchange

We went for the Fast Mag 65 round (Swift Fed Fast Belt). It is possible to go higher, but 65 rounds are the best option. It accelerates reloading - a death sentence for LMG users - and increases our aim-down-sight. It is enough ammunition to comfortably take down four or five enemies if your shots are accurate.

Perks & Equipment Complete the Class Setup

A weapon is only as effective as the soldier using it. To fully exploit this aggressive MK78 build we need perks for health regeneration and mobility.

 Secondary Weapon

Jagger45 (Great to finish off weak enemies when you get caught reloading).

 Field Upgrade - Mute Field

This is undoubtedly the most powerful field enhancement for this particular playstyle. It gives Cold Blooded Ninja & Ghost abilities simultaneously. We are almost invisible when we're active to AI streaks and UAVs.

 Perk Package

 1. The LMG is heavy. Lightweight weapons are essential for countering this. We must close gaps quickly.

 2. Scavenger. Due to the high fire rate and ammo running out, it is important to keep a stock of ammunition. This ensures we are always stocked with ammo, and don't need a separate box.

 3. Looper helps to cycle equipment and our streaks faster.

 4. It's all about the Enforcer. Every kill provides a temporary speed boost and health regeneration. This allows you to keep killing targets one after the other. You kill one, then heal, accelerate, and find your next target.

 Tacticals:

Stim Shot: An instantaneous health recovery solution for those in need.

Semtex, a reliable killer for clearing out campers

 Loadout for dominance

To be successful, each class of tactical nuke needs a unique setup. Recommended:

 Play Aggressively

You won't want to choose a place with an LMG, and then just sit there. Even though a LMG in a pain position won't be of much use to defenders, pushing targets (rather than acting as a tactical nuclear anchor) and challenging threatening positions with firepower is effective. Hades Looper Xgrip enables you to fire and guard a range, catching enemy off guard and blasting before they know you're there.

 Abuse the Strafe Rate

The Charin Light Stock is a great way to increase your speed. Strafe speed is not the only thing that can be used to make your target difficult to track. Side-to side movement will also help. Low visual recoil makes it easy to maintain engagement on your target.

 Reloading less frequently

LMG Reloads are annoying. Even the Fast mag is not satisfying. It causes your brain, to take over and trigger another reload when you change targets. Reloading is not recommended with 65 rounds. Over half of your LMG’s maximum capacity.

FAQ: Common Questions Regarding the MK78 Building

Q: What if I don't have an ELO lens?

A: Absolutely. Iron sights on the MK78 look very nice. If you feel comfortable with the optics, removing them will allow for another attachment to be added, such as High Velocity or a better grip. But for the best long range view, we recommend using the ELO.

Q: Is the build suitable for Ranked Game?

A: Due to restrictions on Ranked Play, certain attachments (such as suppressors or specific lasers), may be prohibited. Nevertheless, the MK78 core concept of speed-building is true. When you can use the LMG, it is dominant, but keep in mind that it's usually prohibited or severely restricted.

Why would you choose the Steady 90 Grip versus the Quickstep 4?

Both are good choices. Steady 90 is the best choice for us because it gives a special boost to sprinting speeds, which suits our aggressive roamer game style perfectly. Quickstep 4 offers a slightly faster ADS.

 Last Thoughts

Black Ops 7 currently has no better weapon than MK78. This weapon combines both the massive stopping power of big guns with the rapid agility of assault rifles. We're not playing the meta anymore, but defining it with this loaded loadout.

Try it out in your session next time. This LMG has a strange mobility for an LMG. But once you pull off your first triple killing while sliding into a corner, it will become clear why we call it the God Gun. Now, secure that Nuke.
